Position Overview

Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for full set of accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of accounting schedules
  • Assist on client yearly audit and tax
  • Preparation of payroll, CPF/IR8A form for clients
  • Preparation of GST reports and submission to IRAS
  • Computation of local taxes, submission of tax filing and compliance with local tax regulations
  • Preparation of unaudited financial statements
  • Assist in preparation of corporate secretarial documents (resolutions, agendas and minutes of meetings, etc)
  • Assist and support the manager with other corporate secretarial and administrative work when required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager
Requirements
  • At least 5 years local accounting experience
  • Candidate with audit experience will be added advantage
