About the role

Mater Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join the Mater Private Hospital Admissions Team in a full-time permanent role (38 hours per week).

The roles operate on a 7-day roster, including public holidays, with shifts between 5:30am and 8:30pm. We require full availability for shifts.

This is a pivotal frontline role that anchors the smooth operation of a busy clinical environments, supporting patient flow, operational efficiency, and high-quality care delivery. You will work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience is seamless, professional, and patient-centred care.

Salary range: $39.79 - $44.25 per hour  and+
