Responsibilities

• Provide confidential senior‑level administrative support services to the Regional Vice President, including:
  • Maintaining appointment schedules and coordinating meetings (in person or virtual)
  • Managing the RVP’s email inbox and completing tasks on their behalf

  • Providing status reports on projects and preparing meeting packages, agendas, action lists, and minutes as required
