Job Summary
SRO Site Support resource responsible for operations support for all endpoints, partnering with global CLIENT support resources. Work under guidance of CLIENT managers; performance reported and managed through weekly/monthly review between CLIENT and HCL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote assistance to identify and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve connectivity problems, assist with system configurations, coordinate with OEM vendor for warranty laptops/desktops.
- Ensure cross‑platform compatibility and seamless integration between macOS and Windows systems, applications, and services.
