Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree in Student Admissions, Education, Social Work, or a related field.

+ Two (2) to five (5) years of supervisory or management experience overseeing staff and operations in student admissions, outreach, and recruitment or a closely related functional area.

+ Successful experience in student admissions including personnel responsibilities, strategic planning, and program promotion.

+ Experience with collaborative enrollment strategies.

+ Experience with budgets and strategies to calculate return on investment in outreach activities and events.
