About the Role

Senior regulatory specialist supporting the permitting, decommissioning, and offshore renewable energy regimes within Resource Markets. The role reports to the Manager, Petroleum and Offshore Renewable Energy Operations and collaborates across MBIE and with external stakeholders such as oil and gas companies, other government agencies, and iwi. This senior role requires intellectual leadership, regulatory insight, analysis and problem‑solving capability in a dynamic environment.
