Role

As a part of our Canadian Strategic Advisory practice, the Senior Advisory Consultant – Technology Organization Change will lead, execute, and deliver advisory services for business and technology transformation programs. The role partners with clients undergoing transformation to define and roll out organization change initiatives such as change management strategy, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication planning and execution, artifact design, change networks facilitation, and coordination with senior client executives and program teams.
