With over a decade of continuous growth and expansion across international markets, they are now looking to hire a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of affiliate strategy, drive revenue growth, and work within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Own and deliver against key KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV
• Identify and onboard high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners
