Name of position: Senior Agile Coach Location: New York NY Job Description The Senior Agile Coach is responsible for advancing Agile maturity across Product Line Teams by coaching leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams in Agile principles, Lean practices, and product operating models. The role partners with business and technology leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, delivery predictability, and customer value while supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. The Senior Agile Coach also contributes to the evolution of the Agile Center of Excellence by developing standards, governance, metrics, training, and continuous improvement practices that enable consistent Agile adoption across the enterprise.
