Position Overview

            
Minimum requirements for the role: 
Must have a B. Sc. (Hons) in Agronomy or related field crop qualification 
Minimum 5 years' experience in Agronomy, with at least 5 years' experience in the Seed and/or FMCG industry 
Must have a proven track record influencing across functions 
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, supported by excellent communication and networking skills 
Expert knowledge of grain production and storage quality drivers 
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and complex environments, with an agile mindset 
Must have experience with commercial farmers 
Experience in row crop production, with cereals being highly advantageous 
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and within geographically dispersed teams 
Strong team leadership and talent development capabilities
