• Design and build production-grade conversational services - Joule and micro‑services in Java and Python.
• Explore, understand, and implement most recent technologies and approaches for cloud platform and data pipelines.
• Design and define ADR, ACD for the solution on new features or integrations.
• Drive engineering across Architecture, Implementation, Testing, and Delivery of the Product.
• Produce high‑quality, maintainable code with an emphasis on modularity, testing, and performance.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and contribute to a high‑performance team culture.
• Solve complex integration and performance challenges across systems, often working across time zones in a global team set.
