We're partnering with a technology company in Oslo that is investing heavily in AI and building a new product designed to transform a major Norwegian industry. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of AI initiatives and play a key role in shaping both the product and the wider AI strategy. Must haves

• Commercial experience building AI solutions using LLMs
• Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, RAG and AI agents
• Experience orchestrating and evaluating AI systems in production
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI or Anthropic
• Experience working within agile product teams
• Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
