Power BI Developer (1–3 Years Experience)

Role Summary
• Power BI Developer responsible for building and maintaining business reports and dashboards underguidance from senior team members.
• Translate functional requirements into clean data models and visuals with attention to accuracy, usability,and performance.
• Support data integration, testing, documentation, and user training for multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop Power BI datasets, DAX measures, and visuals for operational and management reporting.
• Build data transformations using Power Query (M) and ensure data refresh reliability with gateways.
• Contribute to report performance optimization and adhere to governance standards (RLS, namingconventions).
• Connect to data sources (SQL/Excel/APIs) and assist in basic ETL tasks, data validation, and qualitychecks.
