Senior AI/Platform Engineer

Goal

• Engage with project delivery teams during planning and execution to build architecture recommendations.
• Productize Mosaic AI into a governed, multi‑tenant, self‑service platform.
• Ship golden paths, SDK/CLI templates, and evaluation patterns.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Databricks Mosaic AI platform and agent development.
• Experience with agentic AI architectures.
• Autonomous agents, multi‑agent systems, and orchestration.
• Databricks MLflow, AutoML, and Vector Search.
• Integration and fine‑tuning of foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Proficiency with Mosaic AI Agent Framework for building, testing, and deploying AI agents.
• RAG architectures, embedding techniques, and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Design of agent workflows with human‑in‑the‑loop and autonomous decision‑making.
