Context

A senior AML analyst role within a financial services environment focused on Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, and Infrastructure industries. The position involves managing AML/KYC processes autonomously and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Missions

• Manage AML/KYC files independently, from simplified due diligence to enhanced due diligence.


• Perform AML/KYC analysis and risk assessments during Client-Investor Onboarding in accordance with company procedures, TA AML/KYC guidelines, specific KYC policy for investors, SLAs, and OP Memo.


• Ensure all processes (documentation collection, screening, risk assessment, approval process, etc.) are followed and completed according to applicable rules and procedures.


• Apply knowledge of regulations such as AML-CFT, AMLD6, FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, UBO identification, DAC6, etc.
