+ Drafts, generates, interprets, negotiates, and manages agreements of moderate complexity with periodic exposure to more complex agreements;
+ Review, interpret and process internal requests submitted by the Strategic Business Units (SBU) to support business objectives in alignment with Collins' standard practices;
