Responsibilities

Hands on experience on Corporate Action lifecycle.Should worked on Announcement, instruction placement (or) disbursement of Corporate Action.Identify and resolve low to medium level issues with System as well as Swift messages.Adhere to SOP, SLA and Control Frameworks.Possess Knowledge on Swift Messages relating to Corporate action.

Profile required

 Good knowledge on SWIFT messages that are relating to corporate action (MT 564 to MT 568 messages).Good knowledge on capital market.End to end understanding towards corporate action lifecycle.Should have experience in narrative management with regard to corporate action events.Good Business Communication with all the interaction with counterparts & custodian.Good communication ...
