Akima Systems Engineering has an open position for a **Senior Analyst - Defense Readiness** supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Force Readiness Command (USCG FORCECOM) in Norfolk, VA.

USCG FORCECOM requires analysis support services in the areas of readiness reporting. Critical to this endeavor is the development, implementation, and maintenance of data collection processes. This entails trend analysis and overarching integration with both DoD stakeholders as well as readiness tracking processes internal to the USCG. This position will provide on-site support services.

**Responsibilities**

+ Timely and accurate data management within the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
+ Regular analysis and reporting of DRRS data, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
