Prepare monthly and year-end management reporting and analysis for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Prepare and compile supporting documentation for various internal reports.
Participate in innovation and department improvement opportunities, including identifying and implementing automation solutions (e.g., process standardization, workflow tools, and data integrations) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance financial analysis, reporting processes, and insight generation.
Contribute to the IGWM Financial team’s initiatives and projects.
Contribute to the ongoing development of financial reporting to meet changing business and regulatory needs.
