The Fleet Strategy team leads WestJet’s long-range fleet planning, including aircraft acquisition and retirement strategy, cabin configuration analysis, and cross-functional governance. The team supports executive decision-making across all fleet programs through a structured governance model spanning weekly working teams and monthly SteerCo forums. WestJet is seeking a Senior Analyst to act as the central coordinator of fleet governance and a key contributor to fleet investment decisions. This role translates complex, cross-functional inputs into structured, executive-ready outputs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders including Tech Ops, Flight Ops, Network Planning, Procurement, Guest Experience, and Finance.
