Role Overview

Senior Analyst in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Evolution Team responsible for supporting large‑scale business transformation programs and process optimization across lululemon’s value chain.

Responsibilities

Support the GTM Evolution team in partnering with leaders across the organization to deliver lululemon’s transformation agenda.

• Transform our GTM processes by supporting or leading execution of cross‑functional work streams.
• Conduct problem/opportunity identification, capability modelling, interaction diagramming, process mapping, and options analysis.
• Act as an internal advisor to Merchandising, Brand, and Supply Chain leaders to design solutions that achieve GTM objectives while considering cross‑functional tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts.
• Define objectives, plan agendas, and prepare materials for workshops, leadership enrolments, and engagement sessions.
