Roles & Responsibilities-:
HR Operations Excellence. Execute and continuously improve core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, documentation, data updates) Ensure data integrity and system accuracy (aligned to HRCentral principles as source of truth).Drive consistency and compliance across all employee records and transactions Onboarding & Employee Experience o Support our end-to-end onboarding experience (from Recruitment to 90-day journey) Partner with HRBPs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and productive quickly. Identify gaps and implement improvements to elevate onboarding standards Process Governance & Documentation. Support in build and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
