Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to establish the cloud based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service built and provide 24x7 operational supports. This includes the operations, maintenance and troubleshooting all components for the MFA infrastructure and dependencies. It will also provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace.
