Responsibilities

• Support clients across the transaction lifecycle by delivering robust financial models, independent valuations, and data‑driven insights to inform strategic and investment decisions.
• Work on a wide range of transaction‑related engagements across industries and client types, from listed companies to private equity‑backed businesses and growth companies.
• Develop and review financial models for M&A transactions, business planning, investment analyses and project financing.
• Perform valuations of businesses and individual assets for transactions, management decision‑making, financial reporting and tax purposes.
