Howmet is currently in search of a Senior Analyst, Payroll, supporting our Payroll organization in Székesfehérvár.

This position is responsible for providing transactional payroll and time & attendance support to internal customers located in Hungary, following the rules of Service Level Agreement with Shared Services customers, Process Descriptions and SOPs agreed with the regions.

Key activities:
• Daily and monthly payroll (salaried/hourly workers; shifts; working time frame);
• Full social security administration at the point of payment
• Management of working time records
• Preparation and timely submission of compulsory official data, returns, statistics
• Preparation of OEP returns, statistics, data reporting
• Managing employee databases, preparing internal reports
• Day-to-day liaison with HR, Finance and various partner departments
