About the Role

We are looking for an experienced API Analyst to support the full lifecycle of customer‑facing APIs, ensuring reliable operations, smooth onboarding of API users, and rapid resolution of technical issues. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• API Troubleshooting & Support: identify and resolve performance and reliability issues across environments.
• Credential testing: create and test POSTMAN collections and manage credential security.
• API Testing & Validation: execute and document integration tests, regression tests, and environment validations (Pre‑Prod, Non‑Prod); identify and document inconsistencies between environments.
