**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related fields, or equivalent work experience required.
+ 4 - 6 years of experience on supporting core bank, lending, branch or document storage systems, and managing process improvement initiatives.
+ 4 years of professional technical experience with strategy, planning and/or business analysis preferred.
+ Fiserv Premier, nCino/Salesforce, Copilot Studio, or similar banking system experience preferred.

**INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS**

External contacts are occasional.
Frequent internal contact with department and senior managers on Information Technology issues or information requests.

**WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
