Work with the design team on the delivery of a project from the concept stage to the project completion and take the lead on the architectural and coordination aspects of the project.
Responsible for ensuring the design meets all relevant International Codes and Standards required for the project.
Ensuring that all project deliverables (drawings, specifications, etc) meet the contractual requirements.
Responsible to ensure that all projects’ deliverables are fully coordinated technically across the different disciplines.
Ensuring that works are fully coordinated with all sub-consultants.
Verifying that the applicable Standard of deliverables for each stage is fully met and is reviewed for quality before submitting to the Client.
Act as the project’s Design Coordinator and contribute (fully or partially) to the overall design management activities.
