Position Overview

            Project Coordination role:  Assist Project Architect in project management including but not limited to monitoring of project schedules, meetings and site inspections 
Check tenders and construction drawings for accuracy 
Contract administration 
Handle project completion activities and handing over 
 Technical and Authority Submission role:  Ensure submission drawing comply with authority requirements 
Handle Corenet X submission and any other authority submissions 
Familiar with planning and obtaining TOP/CSC from BCA and Technical Departments 
Prepare and manage internal work schedule for modelers 
Attend coordination meeting with internal and external parties 
 Job Requirements:  Diploma from local Polytechnic in Architectural Technology or Degree in Construction Management
