Position Overview

            About the Role  Design Leadership & Quality  Lead and deliver high-quality architectural design aligned with the 10 Design philosophy 
Own and manage the client brief from concept to delivery 
Develop design strategies through research, sketches, diagrams, and options 
Present design intent clearly, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and constraints 
 Client & Consultant Interface  Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients and external consultants 
Chair and manage design, coordination, and project team meetings when required 
Ensure effective communication and information flow across all stakeholders 
 Team Management  Lead, mentor, and manage architectural teams across multiple projects 
Allocate tasks based on skills, experience, and development needs 
Encourage professional growth, accountability, and high performance
