This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to play a pivotal role in the technical development and delivery of a wide range of residential projects, from high-quality housing developments to bespoke luxury homes. Working closely with the land, planning, design, and construction teams, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects from planning approval through to completion, ensuring designs are practical, compliant, and ready for construction.
