DNV is expanding its European Rail Centre of Competence and is seeking an experienced Senior Assessor to support independent railway assurance and conformity assessment activities across Europe. The role focuses on helping clients demonstrate compliance, manage safety risks, and achieve assurance in complex rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver independent assessment and assurance services for railway infrastructure, rolling stock, signaling, and systems integration projects. Review technical documentation, safety evidence, compliance records, and engineering submissions against applicable standards and regulations. Prepare assessment reports, findings, recommendations, and certification documentation. Engage with clients, operators, infrastructure managers, assessment bodies, and regulatory authorities.
