Job Title: Senior Assistant or Associate Director of Enrollment Communications
The Senior Assistant Director of Enrollment Communications develops and implements Carleton’s communications goals by working closely with divisional leadership and the Office of Communications to design, build, and execute a unified communications strategy for Admissions and Financial Aid. The role involves directly and/or indirectly supervising staff on the Communications team, collaborating with campus partners to direct and measure a forward‑thinking integrated communications plan that supports recruitment, onboarding, and engagement at every stage of the enrollment cycle.
Grade11: $68,000 – $70,300 per year
Grade12: $77,300 – $79,900 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on law‑permitted factors such as experience, training, licensure, and departmental budgets.
