We are looking for a Senior Associate, AI Traffic Strategy & Operations to help shape how Shopee navigates the next frontier of search, traffic acquisition, and AI-driven growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, and AI capability building. You will work on high-impact business challenges, leveraging data, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth, improve organisational effectiveness, and support the adoption of AI across the organisation.

You will also play a key role in accelerating AI adoption by embedding AI tools and automation into core workflows. This includes rethinking how analysis is conducted, how insights are generated, and how reporting and experimentation are scaled in an AI-enabled operating environment.
