What is the opportunity?

Senior operations position with visibility across RBC Capital Markets’ North American and European operations. Responsible for monitoring and processing Corporate Action Events while maintaining books and records integrity. Works directly with trading businesses and client‑facing teams, serving as the first line of defense in capturing, reconciling, and funding Corporate Action Events at scale. Beyond day‑to‑day execution, standardises procedures, enhances metrics, and implements process improvements that strengthen the firm’s competitive position. Requires effective communication with diverse stakeholders across organisational levels and the ability to adapt approaches based on audience. Serves as a recognised senior expert and trusted advisor, shaping how the organisation manages Corporate Action Events while delivering seamless client experiences.
