Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal, especially Data Loss Prevention.<br /> Experience designing and implementing DLP policies for Microsoft 365 workloads.<br /> Good understanding of:<br /> Sensitive Information Types<br /> Trainable classifiers<br /> Exact Data Match, if applicable<br /> Policy tips<br /> DLP alerts and reporting<br /> Insider risk and information protection concepts<br /> Knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.<br /> Experience with external sharing controls, guest user access, and data leakage prevention.<br /> Understanding of information protection, compliance, and data governance principles.<br /> Ability to work with business, legal, compliance, and technical teams to define practical and enforceable policies.<br /> Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
