In this Senior Associate Director role, you will be a key component in Client Trade Operations for a 12-month duration, serving as a key strategic partner in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business-as-usual operations and project delivery, whilst driving operational excellence, process improvement, and team leadership across the department. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary escalation point for ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Oversee BAU and Project processes, ensuring delivery in line with client requirements and SLAs.
• Identify and address high-risk operational areas, implementing enhancements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Lead system improvement, automation, and process optimisation projects with team members, management, and IT.
