Based in the GCO Enablement team in GDS India, the role will support the General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys on US employment law issues including restrictive covenants and non-compete, issuance of cease-and-desist letters/ warning letters for violating restrictive covenants, collection letters for debt recovery, reviewing status of independent contractors etc. It would also involve working on cross-border employment issues dealing with restrictive covenants.
