Verian is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Operations division.
The successful candidate will need to be excited about working on high‑profile and complex projects, and be able to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities: - Manage fieldwork including briefing, training, recruiting and supervising interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
- Oversee the recruitment, coordination and performance of interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
- Manage project tasks such as questionnaire reviews, recruitment screeners and survey link checking.
- Track project and fieldwork progress.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Timely escalation of any risks or challenges relating to fieldwork and projects.
- Attend fieldwork observations.
