In this role, you will join a high-performing, enterprise-wide global MDS team divided into three strategic sub-groups: Administration, Solutions, and Compliance.

As a Senior Associate within the MDS Compliance arm, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and data providers. Your primary focus will be interpreting and communicating market data policy changes, sourcing and optimizing real-time exchange data, and managing end-to-end compliance. This is a dynamic opportunity to oversee market data distribution architectures, lead high-stakes audits, and mentor junior team members within a fast-paced capital markets environment.
