GENERAL FUNCTION:


Client-facing deal execution role (Senior Associate / VP), part of deal team working on asset securitization transactions focusing on both Consumer (auto, card, unsecured, and home improvement) and Commercial (aviation, rail, container, and equipment, esoteric, and digital infrastructure, amongst other) asset classes. Responsible for execution of securitization asset financings including structuring, lending, securitization and private placement (144a or 4a2), portfolio purchase, and advisory.
