**About the Role**

We are looking for a hands-on **Senior Associate – Payroll Operations** & **Compliance** to support end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The role will work closely with HR Operations, Finance, Payroll vendors, and employees to ensure accurate payroll processing and adherence to Indian labour and payroll regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support end-to-end monthly payroll operations, including payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations.
+ Ensure compliance with Indian payroll and labour regulations, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
+ Coordinate statutory filings, payments, and audits with internal teams and external vendors.
