Responsible for executing payroll-related activities with precision, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Accountabilities

End-to-End Payroll Processing

Perform comprehensive payroll processing operations using the SAP system with high accuracy and timeliness. This includes salary calculations, prorations, bonuses, overtime, and termination payouts (final settlements), ensuring adherence to company policy and statutory requirements.

Statutory and Third-Party Payments Compliance

Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and remittance of statutory contributions and third-party payments such as income tax, EPF, SOCSO and other government-mandated deductions within stipulated deadlines.
