Senior Associate – Pension Training

Reporting to the Manager of Pension Training, the Senior Associate will focus on designing, delivering, and facilitating training content that supports the professional growth of employees across the Pensions team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training material that aligns with business needs while adhering to fundamental learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
• Build trust and rapport with stakeholders to identify training needs and offer insights on addressing performance gaps.
• Facilitate training sessions on OMERS Plan provision and/or administrative practices.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
