This role will serve as a critical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience through technical support, training, and ongoing platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
Provide technical support via phone, email, and virtual walkthroughs
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams
Configure and manage platform settings, permissions, and workflows
Educate clients on platform features to drive adoption and efficiency
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
