Job Title : Senior Associate – Real Estate & Digital Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investments in Asia‑Pacific, with a focus on Southeast Asia real estate and regional digital infrastructure.
• Perform market research and valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities in different real estate and digital infrastructure sectors, including data centers, renewables, office, shopping malls, warehouses, residential and hotels.
• Act as point person for acquisitions, coordinating analyst responsibilities and working with senior management.
• Perform extensive due diligence on each transaction, including travel to properties, meetings with management, coordination with advisors, and formulation of investment strategies and business plans.
