About the Role

•Advise on and support the effective implementation, oversight, and ongoing enhancement to the Group Case Management and Investigation Standard (CMIS), the Group Whistleblowing Standard (WBS), the Group Anti-Fraud Standard (AFS); and all supporting SOPs across AIA Group and BUs, including case management, governance reporting, oversight of business unit case matters; process applications for non-termination under the AFS , and stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with Group Forensic Investigation Unit (FIU), Group Employee Relations and Business Units (BUs) stakeholders to promote consistency in interpretation and application of the Standards referred to above; and support the maintenance of robust governance and risk management practices.
