Senior Automation Developer – Costa Rica

Responsibilities Platform Architecture, Governance & Lifecycle Management
Coordinate with Platform Architects and Administration teams to establish and promote best practices across ALM, PLM, governance, security, performance, and scalability.
Drive the adoption of standard logging, proactive monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure absolute system visibility. Robust End‑to‑End Automation Delivery
Design and implement enterprise‑grade workflow automation solutions using industry‑standard Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms in compliance with company policies and cybersecurity guidelines.
Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of solutions, including planning, prioritizing, designing, testing, and rollout.
