Description:

The Senior Automation Technician will troubleshoot and repair equipment related to Electronics and programmable logic controller (PLC) breakdowns. The candidate will also be responsible to maintain related documentation, program records and related software.

Day Shift - 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Essential Functions:

+ Handle the installation and troubleshooting of Control and Mechanical Systems, in order to automate upstream and downstream processing equipment i.e.: Mixers, Coaters, Pouchers, Cartoners, Packaging Lines, Laboratory Equipment, Facility Systems, Stability Chambers, BMS, Water System Controls, Tablet Press, Fluid Bed Dryers, Granulators, and Vision Systems as well as upload and download PLC programs.

+ Perform hands-on field installation, operational start-up, calibration, and commissioning activities.Interfaces daily with shift leader and technician at shift change. Maintains cleanliness of all ...
