Bay Venues in Tauranga is seeking an AV Operations Manager to lead the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of AV services across our events. You will manage Bay AV operations, technical staff, contractors, and budgets to ensure events run on time and to a high standard.

You will coach a high‑performing team, champion health and safety, coordinate resources, and build strong relationships with customers and venue stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and profitability.
